  • Yes! All ceramic items are dishwasher, microwave, and food safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. All glazes are lead-free.

    For more detailed care instructions, see the next section below under “ceramics care”

  • All my stickers are high-quality vinyl stickers, which makes them water-resistant but not waterproof. That means they might not last very long as a bumper sticker, but are fine on a reusable water bottle that gets hand-washed. Of course it would still do best with no water exposure at all, but I’ve had my stickers on my water bottle for about a year now and they look the same as day one.

  • As a two-person team, we greatly appreciate your patience as we pack and ship your order. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. At the moment, we are only able to ship within the continental United States.

    Once an order is shipped, you can track it via the tracking number in your confirmation email. Any delays in delivery after it’s been shipped are out of my control. If your order has been lost in transit, please contact me contact@stephokuart.com so we can work things out together.

  • Oh no indeed! I always pack every order with the utmost care and as securely as possible, but oopsies can happen. Don’t worry, I got you covered.

    Take a clear picture(s) of the damaged item(s) and email it to contact@stephokuart.com within 3 days of receiving it. If I have a similar item still left in stock, I can send you a replacement, free of charge. Otherwise, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit. Please include your preference in the email body, along with your order number.

  • I accept returns within 30 days after purchase, with the exception of custom and sale items. Items must be returned in its original packaging and unused. Any items with signs of use, wear, or damage (unless it came damaged, see above) will not be accepted. Once I receive the items and approve their condition, I will issue a full refund to your choice of original payment method or store credit within 5 business days.

    As I am a very small, independent business, I unfortunately cannot cover the cost of return shipping or be responsible for any damages incurred during return transit. If you need tips on how to securely pack the items, please feel free to shoot me an email and I’d be more than happy to help. I want the item to arrive back to me safely just as much as you do.

  • Please email me contact@stephokuart.com as soon as possible!!! If I receive your email before your package has left my hands then I’ll be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, once it’s been dispatched, it’s out of my control and your order can no longer be cancelled. I do accept returns though, see above.

Ceramics Care 


Washing: All my ceramics are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand-washing is good too, of course.

Temperature: We recommend treating ceramics the same way you’d treat glass when it comes to temperature safety. Do not put any ceramic items through extreme temperature changes, such as from the freezer into hot water, as this can cause the item to crack or even shatter.

Microwave: All my ceramics are microwave safe, however certain glazes and clays may get hotter than others. Please use caution when grabbing ceramic items out of the microwave with your bare hands.
